We use specific exercises that are aimed at sculpting areas such as the arms, stomach, thighs and buttocks. These exercises also help to speed up your metabolism, causing you to burn fat for hours after each workout.This class is suitable for beginners, as well as those with advanced fitness levels, and a number of variations of each exercise are offered by the instructor in every class.

In each class, we also spend a lot of time stretching and working the CORE, which is great for strengthening the abdominal muscles, hips and lower back.
